Hello!

We are located in the beautiful San Diego mountains at 3300 ft elevation. Our dogs get to experience the back country as their back yard! All puppies are hand raised in a home with other cats, small dogs and neighbors to socialize them.

I Breed to the standard of the American Kennel Club. I am a “preservation breeder”, who breeds to protect and preserve the breed and to make sure the next generation is healthy and sound. I breed for great temperament and physical health, all puppies are 24 month guaranteed for hips. All puppies are sold as pets and companion animals unless otherwise discussed and contracted. I am happy to work with new breeders, breeding rights will be an additional cost.

I have been a Hobby Breeder for 46 years starting when I was 16 years old with Golden Retrievers. For the past 18 years I have professionally bred Labradors & Longcoat Chihuahuas.

I have been a Veterinarian assistant and owner operator of my own dog grooming business which has afforded me much insight, technical skills in the breeding and raising of my beloved dogs.

Golden Oaks is located on a 25 acre private ranch in the scenic mountain community of Warner Springs California. We are located 80 miles NE of downtown San Diego Ca. and 25 miles SE of Temecula Ca. We have beautiful weather that includes a lot of sunny days, enough rain to run the creek and fill the pond along with some snow every year which our Labradors get to run and play in. The labs (and the more adventurous chihuahuas) get to enjoy walks on private hiking trails almost every day. The chihuahuas enjoy the comforts of their cozy beds and a large yard to roam and play in.
